Invocation identity and rule status
The inherited target is the physical method receiver: the domain object for a regular action, or the transient mixin instance for a mixin action.
logicalMemberIdentifier identifies the invoked method; domainFacingLogicalMemberIdentifier separately identifies the contributed domain action.
For regular actions and constructors without a separate domain identifier, both identifiers are the same.
RuleChecking has values CHECKED, SKIPPED and UNKNOWN; isChecked() returns true only for CHECKED.
The original constructor remains available and defaults to UNKNOWN.
Rule status is aggregate framework execution information and does not change or trigger validation.
